Sales, Modification, and Replacement Policy:

Refunds are not provided once the order has been processed.

Orders will not be replaced once they are fulfilled.

If an order is not processed, refunds will be issued if the cancellation request is accepted by the management (contacting us via WhatsApp or email with the order number). The refund will be processed via the same payment method within a maximum of 14 business days.

Any modifications or additions to the package will incur additional charges based on the modification or addition.

Any change in the delivery destination specified by the customer will incur additional charges depending on the new destination location.

"Rose Land" will not be liable for (delivery) refusals to accept the order, or if the recipient is not present in Riyadh or there is an error in the recipient's or sender's (purchaser's) contact information.
